Kenneth Edwin "KT" Thom, 63, of Rockville, Indiana, passed away June 30, 2026, in his residence. He was born November 28, 1962, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late Carl and Nila Thom.
Survivors include his siblings, Beth (Steve) Bratcher of Rosedale, Michael (Tresa) Thom of Rockville, and Brenda (Jason) Ferguson of Whiteland; eleven nieces and nephews, Sabrina (Kenneth) Shepherd, Tiffany Bratcher, Robert (Kayla) Fredrichs, Jessica (Brittany McWilliams) Thom, Sara Thom, Levi Fredrichs, Erica (Trent) Cline, Cole (Maddi) Ferguson, Chase Ferguson, Cooper Ferguson and Cody Ferguson; and 10 great-nieces and nephews. He is also survived by an aunt, Mary Beth Hunsberger; several cousins; former wife and good friend, Tonna Reed Allsop; and last, but not least, his loyal and beloved dog, Peppy.
He was a 1981 graduate of Rockville High School. Kenneth spent much of his adult life working in the construction trades. He worked as a carpenter, handyman, in construction, and as a bricklayer and hod carrier, taking pride in the work of his hands and projects he helped build. He enjoyed nature and loved spending time outdoors. In his youth, he enjoyed riding horses and working on cars.
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 6, at Martin Cemetery, with Pastor Steve Blaydes, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow. Martin Cemetery is located on Martin Road (County Road 145), Ferndale, Indiana 47872.
