Patricia Louise Bradburn Peterman, 85, of Rockville, passed away on January 29, 2024, at Springhill Village in Terre Haute. Born in Coloma on June 5, 1938, to Zeda Woodall Bradburn and George Bradburn, Pat was a 1956 graduate of Rockville High School, where she excelled as a saxophone player in the school band. On July 23, 1955, she married the love of her life, Terry Ray Peterman, after a four-year courtship that included his service in the Korean War. Their enduring union spanned more than 50 years until Terry's passing on November 17, 2005.

Together, Pat and Terry raised three children, Terri (and Dink) Allen of Montezuma, Pam (and Donnie) Graves of Montezuma, and George (and Penny) Peterman of Clinton. The family relocated to Montezuma in 1971, where they owned and operated the Phillips 66 Service Station and became known for their beans and cornbread stand at the Covered Bridge Festival.

A gifted musician, Pat played the piano at the Rockville Baptist Church and the Independent Baptist Church in Montezuma for several years. Pat worked in the medical field most of her life and retired as the social services director at Castle Shannon Nursing Home in Rockville.

Pat was a devoted mother, a caring friend, and a source of wisdom and guidance for all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Terry, and her canine best friend Penny Poo. Pat is survived by her children, 15 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
