My family moved with my step fathers work. When we came to Rockville it was like going home again.We were treated as though we had lived there all our lives and the thought of moving from there was devastating.This is a belated thank you to all those that made my freshman year one of the best of my life.

Everyday I was there , Mrs Seward trying to teach me to use a treadle sewing machine,she gave up!! My first prom! I guess just about every memory is a good one ( trying to get Donna and I into Kenny Case's car in hoop skirts!) but the best I have saved for last.Billie Barnes for being the first girl I met, thanks for getting me started and making me feel at home Billie. The last but never least, the everlasting friendship of Donna Gardner, Lou Carver, and Patty Glaze.
