ROCKVILLE- Timothy Scott Martin, 29, of Rockville, Indiana died at 6:46 pm Thursday, February 7, 2013 in the emergency room of St. Vincent Clay Hospital at Brazil.
Tim was a chef and was born January 14, 1984 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to Douglas Martin and Cindy Lee Adams-Martin.
Survivors include his wife Teresa Goggins Martin whom he married June 28, 2008 at Rockville; also surviving his mother, Cindy Adams-Martin of Rockville, Indiana; one son, Carter Douglas Martin of Rockville, Indiana; one daughter, Kenley Anne Martin of Rockville, Indiana; one step-daughter, Kaitlyn Marie Wirth of Rockville, Indiana; three brothers, John Allen Martin of Rockville, Indiana, Brian Douglas Martin of Rockville, Indiana and Christopher Stuart Martin of Rockville, Indiana; maternal grandparents, John W. and Sandra S. Lee of Glens Falls, New York; one niece and nephew, several aunts uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father and paternal grandparents, Marion and Jean Martin. He was a 2002 graduate of Rockville High School and Culinary Chef's Academy of Indianapolis.
Services will be 11:00 am Tuesday, February 12, in Gooch Funeral Home at 112 W. Howard Street, Rockville. Burial will follow in Memory Garden Cemetery, Rockville. Visitation is 5-8 pm Monday at Gooch Funeral Home.
