Mary Lou was a great friend in high school. She always had a smile on her face.  She will be missed. I am so glad that I got to see her at our 50th class reunion 3 yrs ago.

Mary Lou was always fun to be around.  I talked to her last Christmas and she was full of it with her laughter and her stories.  Everyone will miss her and I am so glad I got to see her last May and then visit with her on the phone last Dec.  She will be missed. Her family meant so much to her. I will really miss her.  Norine Miller Myers

Mary Lou was a hoot! She was a prankster and made people laugh out loud with her antics and wonderful sense of humor. I never knew that she was also such an accomplised person who started something great for military wives. This means that she was also modest. I know her family will miss her always. May she rest in the peace she so deserves.

Like Noreen says us girls all got together last spring to celebfate stuff and Mary Lou managed to get there too in spite of all her difficulties.  I hope to be getting along that well when the going gets tough.  I am sure that Mary Lou was a person who aways tried to fix things with her best example being the aforementioned movement that she started.  Being sick wears you out, and I am sorry that she had to suffer so much at the end.  But she probably put on a hapy face, or so I imagine.
