Beth Anne Hawkins, 65, passed away peacefully May 2, 2025, in Pinetops, North Carolina.

Born August 6, 1959 to William Dale and Mary Eleanor (Harrison) Hawkins in Clinton and raised in Lyford and Rockville.

Beth graduated from Rockville High in 1977; at the top of her class. She went on to graduate from Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a degree in education. Beth was accepted at University of Arizona School of Law. Life intervened and a new path was chosen.

She was driven and ambi-tious, she built a first class property management company, Beth Callans Management, Inc. based in Longboat Key, Florida.

Her leadership and dedication earned many awards including the Gulf Coast Business Woman of the Year.

Beth returned to Rockville in 2011 and relocated to Pinetops, North Carolina in 2018 to be close to family.

She cherished time spent with family and loved ones.

Survivors include her daughter, Brittany Homes of Moreland, Georgia; grandsons, William (Kelly) Hester of Winder, Georgia; Conor and Brandon Hines of Pinetops, North Carolina; great-grandson, Asher Hester; her mother, Kim (Ronda) Hawkins of Newport; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother Monte Hawkins.

Beth had a deep love for travel and found peace with every moment shared with family.

She will be remembered for her sharp mind, determined spirit and warmth she brought to those around her.

A gravesite memorial service will be held this fall in Rockville where she will be laid to rest among her roots.
