Thelma Griffin, 87 of Satsuma, Florida and formerly of Rockville, died Friday, May 20, 2011.  Born July 9, 1923 in Parke County.  She was the daughter of Hugh and Callie Straughn.  She was a 1941 graduate of Rockville High School.  Survivors include one son, James Church of California, and one sister, Wilma Walters of Indiana.  Private services wer held.
