TANGIER – Kimberly Ann Brown, 63, of Tangier, Indiana passed away at 8:52 PM Friday, March 13, 2020 in her home.

She was a tax & financial advisor & a trainer for Mackinac Island Carriage Tours in northern Michigan.

She was born in Clinton, Indiana on September 27, 1956 to the late George G. Rowe & Beverly Bigelow Jeffers.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Brian Brown whom she married on February 7, 1987; brother, Todd (Patty) Rowe of Lafayette; son, Jeremy Brown of Tangier; daughter, Kelly (Brad) Thompson of Rockville & grandson Benton Laney of Rockville who was the only person who mattered to “Bammo”!

She graduated Rockville High School in 1974 & later completed her Associates Degree in Business through St. Mary of the Woods. She loved horses & sharing that love with others, especially kids.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Gooch Funeral Home located at 112 W. Howard Street, Rockville. Memorial service will be Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Gooch Funeral Home. Family friend Gerald Downs will be speaking.

Terry Jeffries (Montgomery) (1974)

So sorry to lose another classmate. I hope her journey through life was wonderful. She was a good person. She will be missed. Condolences to her family and friends. She is at rest now and peaceful. RIP.
