(Ross) Alan Reed (class of 1973) turned 40 on Monday, July 10, and died on Thursday, July 13, 1995 at his home in Terre Haute, IN. He had been golfing on a record heat day and managed to drive home and park before his heart gave out. His death was unexpected and heartbreaking to his family. He had been married for 16 years and had three children ranging in age from 12 years to 19 months. He was employed at DADC and was an active member of the King's Highway Tabernacle. Due to his father's job tranfer, Alan transferred from Attica HS to Rockville at the start of his senior year. He graduated mid-term and may not be well know by many of his classmates. Alan is buried in Roselawn Cemetery in Terre Haute, IN and is still greatly missed by his family and close friends.
