Bill was a unique individual who I came to love dearly in the 23 yrs he was my brother-in-law. His choice of reading material was science fiction but he would ready anything and he could do it faster than anyone I have ever known. His loyalty to friends and family was steadfast. His family is sizeable and the little ones are wondering who will pick on them with his passing. His life ended quickly and he would have wanted it just that way.
