Cheryl and I were married for over 36 years. We had three children: Tim born Jan. 1968, Todd born May. 1971, and Melissa born 1973. Cheryl died in Feb 22, 2003. She battled ovarian cancer for two years and she was a warrior having endured 24 chemo treatments. She never felt sorry for herself and always had a smile on her face. When asked if she was angry and bitter about her illness she would simply say "Why not me".
I hated to hear of Cheryle's death. I hated to hear of her battle with that terrible disease cancer. In school she always seemed so happy or at least smiling. She was quiet around me. Maybe it was because I was noisey. She was a lady and will be missed.
