Jonnie Lou Overpeck, 65, of Rockville passed away Monday, January 23, 2012 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

Born December 25, 1946 in Clinton, she was the daughter of John L. and Marjorie A. Earl Batty.  Her husband, Jack Overpeck, preceded her in death April 14, 2006.

She was a 1964 graduate of Rockville High School. She was a beautician in Rockville for more than 40 years and was an active member of the American Legion Post 48 Ladies Auxiliary in Rockville.

Survivors include one son, Kenny Ray Pearson of Rockville; one step-daughter, Kelly Overpeck; one sister, Joyce (Wendell) Paddock of Rockville; two brothers, Edgar W. (Brenda) Batty and Guy G. (Shelly) Gregg all of Rockville; two sisters-in-law, Doris (Jim) Tarter, and Rachel Myers, also all of Rockville; three grandchildren, Karlie Pearson, Payton Pearson, and Maitlin Pearson; and several nephews. She was also preceded in death by her parents.

Vistitation will be 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday, January 26.

Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, January 27 at Butler Funeral Home in Rockville with Pastor

James Roland officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Garden Cemetery.
