Darvin Busenbark, 83, passed away on September 15, 2016 at Rockville Nursing and Rehabilitation.

He was born November 29, 1932 in New Market, IN. to Herman A. Busenbark and Mabel Ruth (Hunt) Busenbark.  Darvin was one of seven children. He was a self-taught carpenter, mason, plumber, and electrician. He also owned and operated a Nursing Home for five years. He retired from E.I. Dupont as an Explosive Supervisor in 1986.

He was preceded by his parents, his second wife, Marie Doan Busenbark, one sister, Kathleen (Harold) Connerley, three brothers, Harold (Sue) Busenbark, Herschel (Anita Lou) Busenbark, and Herman Jr. (Evelyn) Busenbark.  Surviving are two daughters, Marsha Busenbark, Rockville, IN., Rhonda (Ed) Webb, Cloverdale, IN., one stepson, James M. (Linda) Spencer of Terre Haute, IN., One brother, Arthur (Mary Lou) Busenbark of Bloomingdale, IN., one sister, Alberta (Rodney) Alexander of Rockville and step-grandchildren and step-great- grandchildren. 

Visitation will be 4-8 P.M., Monday, September 19, in Butler Funeral Home, 218 N. College St., Rockville, IN.  Services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 20, 2016, with burial to follow in Memory Garden Cemetery.
