Mr. Jason W. Wolfe was born on January 1, 1973, in Hendricks County, Indiana, a son of the late Darrell Wayne Muston and Linda L. (Thomas) Sheets. 

He lived in Rockville, Indiana, until the family moved to Lebanon in 1992. He graduated from Rockville Jr. - Sr. High School in 1992.

Jason had volunteered at many place including Boone ARC in Lebanon, Witham Hospital and Homewood Health Care Campus.

He was a devoted son, brother and friend to all.  He enjoyed collecting Star Wars and Elvis Presley memorabilia, as well as spending time with his nieces and nephews.  Mr. Wolfe was an active member of Walnut Street Baptist Church in Lebanon, Indiana.

Visitation is planned for Saturday, August 10, 2013, from 11:00 to 1:00 p.m. at Myers Chapel of Memories, 1502   North Lebanon Street, in Lebanon, Indiana.

Funeral Services are to be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2013, at the funeral home in Lebanon.

Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon, Indiana.
