BILL AND HIS SISTER AND YOUNGER BROTHER LIVED RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE GRADE SCHOOL WITH THEIR FATHER.  THE SISTER WAS RUTH ANN AND I THINK THE BROTHER WAS ANDY.

THE WHOLE FAMILY WERE VERY NICE POLITE PEOPLE.  THEY ALWAYS SPOKE TO EVERYONE.   I THINK THEIR FATHER MIGHT HAVE WORKED FOR THE TOWN OF ROCKVILLE.   BILL WAS A GOOD ATHLETE.
