Jack Overpeck, of the class of 59' who was my brother in law and a damn good man is deceased. He was a 16 year navy veteran, a loved family member, and died on April 3 2006.
Jack was everyone's friend in high school. He always had a ready smile and a funny remark. I'm sorry that he has passed and send my thoughts to his family.
Jack was one of a kind and I am proud to say that we were friends in our younger days. Although we went separate ways I will always remember him as one of the "good guys", not pretending to be anymore than who he was and that was the way you had to take him.He is missed by his family and friends.
