Gary was a member of the football team and pole vaulter on the track team.  He was a good person and a loyal friend.  He will be missed.

Gary was a boyhood friend of mine for several years, when we both lived in the country south and west of Rockville.  We played football, roamed the woods, rode bikes, and did fairly typical boy stuff, along with his older brother Gene.  He loved football and track, and body-building.  Our paths diverged after high school, but I will always remember him as a buddy.
