Michael passed away February 22, 2018, at the age of 69. He was born in Rockville, IN on December 2, 1948, the son of Gerald and Mary (Cicharz) Martin. Michael retired from Auto Owners as Vice President of Commercial Lines. Michael loved spending time with family and grandchildren. He enjoyed traveling with family on Disney trips and was an avid fisherman. Michael is survived by his wife of 48 years, Charlotte; sons, Michael (Jennifer) and John (Julie) Martin; grandchildren, Caitlyn, Holly, Connor, Matt and Travis Martin; sister, Joanna (Bill) Woodward. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Larry Martin. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. I have postponed writing about the loss of Mike because I truly don’t know what to say . It is hard to imagine that the world has lost his smile. Whenever I think about Mike it is his smile that I remember first. I pray that the Lord will be with his family and friends during this sorrowful time, giving them the strength to cope with their loss
