Carla Jo Frazee, 67 passed away suddenly after a battle with uterine cancer. By the grace and mercy of God, she died without fear or pain with the assistance of Hospice at her daughter’s home in Arroyo Grande, California.  

Born and raised in Rockville, she graduated from Rockville High School in 1964. She married twice and was a dedicated employee for 40 years while providing a comfortable life and loving home for her two daughters in Champaign, Illinois.  

She had a love for books and poetry and was a natural talent for writing stories about her life and childhood. She was a devoted daughter to her mother, Wanda Kesterson, and cared for her until her death in 2002.  In 2008 Carla was forced by illness to move to California.

She is survived by her brother, two daughters and four grandchildren.  Per her request, there will be no formal service.
