Louanna Black (Chenhall)

ROCKVILLE- Louanna Black Chenhall, 65, of Rockville, Indiana passed away at 5:30 pm, Saturday, March 31, 2018 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. She was the office administrator for UMAC in Bainbridge. She was born December 17, 1952 in Clinton, Indiana to Tilmon E. Black and Uma Mae Nolen Black. Survivors include her mother of Rockville; one daughter, Tabatha Keller Helton and her husband Clint of Frisco, Texas; one brother, Ronnie E. Black and his wife Becky of Rockville; two sisters, Cathy Lancaster and her husband Derek of Frisco, Texas and Angela Hamilton and her husband Jerry of Plano, Texas; two grandchildren, Drew Hickman and Madison Helton; several nieces and nephews; She was preceded in death by her father and her brother Monty R. Black . She was a 1971 graduate of Rockville High School. She was a member of the Rockville Christian Church. Memorial services will be 2:00 pm Friday, April 6, at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 W. Howard Street, Rockville with the Rev. Greg Robbins officiating. Inturnment will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Rockville. Memorial visitation is from 12 noon until 2:00 pm Friday at Gooch Funeral Home. Memorials should friends so desire, may be made to the Rox Alumni Campaign for Kids, P.O. Jeanne Chezem (McCall) (1968)

Louanna was truly one of a kind. She was sunshine on a cloudy day and the spirit of happiness. Rest in peace, my friend. Gone too soon! Love to her family.
